4. The Petronas Towers are also beautiful and highest towers in the world having traditional Islamic design. They are situated in Kualam Lumpur, Malaysia. They were architected by Cesar Pelli and constructed in 1998. The height of the each tower is 452 meters (1,483 feet). The shape of each floor is as an 8-pointed star and each floor is consisting of 88 storeys. Both the towers are also named as cosmic pillars that spiral heavenward are fantastically connected by a flexible bridge on the 42nd floor. 5. The Sears Toweris also currently called Willis Tower architected by Bruce Graham, Skidmore, Owings and Merrill (SOM) constructed in 1973 has the height of 442 meters (1,450 feet) and 110 storeys. It is situated in Chicago, Illinois, USA.  It is included in the list of the highest buildings of the world.
