Ninjutsu is one of the most deadliest fighting style of marshal arts. The basic purpose of marshal arts is to strengthen your defense, discipline, personal growth and developing a self awareness. All martial art techniques can be dangerous, if they applied in wrong ways. Ninjutsu is the combination of philosophy, spiritual training and striking.
Ninjutsu has very deadly applications to its techniques. Ninjutsu is not to be about killing another person, a ninjutsu practitioner engage an opponent without anger and neutralize him with the least of effort and damage. Ninjutsu is the complete marshal art which includes Defense with empty handed, striking with weapons and tactics, Disruption and destruction techniques and use of mind sciences. It is the system of fighting, survival, and spying techniques .
Ninjutsu is one of only a few martial arts still widely practiced as a bujutsu (fighting technique). Ninjutsu is more effective, if practitioner completely understand the whole method and applications of each techniques. When a practitioner is more dedicated his work in training and after it applying in face to face strike, he became the most dangerous marshal art fighter. Training and techniques little help in fighting. In a fight, it all boils down to the person, his mindset and, of course, his devotion to his training.
Currently Ninjutsu involves following techniques.
Joint locks:
Joint locks can be applied in self defense, it is the most dangerous technique in fighting. It involves grappling of opponent’s arm and his joints move past their normal range of motion. this technique is used to isolate the joints of wrist and elbow.
Throws:
The first scooping throw is used against a straight punch. To apply throws, when attacker strikes, block it with a basic inside forearm block and step forward and to the left with your left foot.
pressure point manipulation:
This technique of Ninjutsu is used to achieve specific objectives by applying Blunt force trauma. it is used against opponent’s vital points such as nose, jaw, clavicle and knee.
Ground defense:
It is a self defense technique. If you are dragged down on the ground, you must do something quickly and sharply. A single bite may not work but a bite followed by a barrage of eye gouges, strikes to the throat, tearing the ears and scratching across the face is very effective from any position.
Weapons:
The most popular ninjutsu weapon today is the throwing star (shuriken), because of it’s long range and speed.
Mind Science:
It involves using every part of the body – hands, feet, elbows, knees, and forearms -as weapons.
