Kiev (Ukraine) is in the middle of the top 10 European capitals having the greatest subversive lines. The Vystavochniy center is a new station of the Kurenivsko-Chervonoarmiyska line in Kiev metro which is still under construction.
According to the State building Program, the station had to be ready by 2008. The time was up.
