According to the Merriam Webster Medical Dictionary the Definition of ILLNESS is given as under:
an unhealthy condition of body or mind : sickness

Illness (sometimes referred to as ill-health or ailment) is a state of poor health. Illness is sometimes considered another word for disease. Others maintain that fine distinctions exist. Some have described illness as the subjective perception by a patient of an objectively defined disease.

In the Western World, people usually do not make a distinction between illness and disease. These two terms seem to mean essentially the same thing and are often used interchangeably. However, it is important to define illness and disease differently when considering some non-western cultural traditions. Disease is an objectively measurable pathological condition of the body. Tooth decay, measles, or a broken bone is examples. In contrast, illness is a feeling of not being normal and healthy. Illness may, in fact, be due to a disease. However, it may also be due to a feeling of psychological or spiritual imbalance. By definition, perceptions of illness are highly culture related while disease usually is not. It is important for health professionals who treat people from other cultures to understand what their patients believe can cause them to be ill and what kind of curing methods they consider effective as well as acceptable. Understanding a culture’s perception of illness is also useful in discovering major aspects of their world view.

As unemployment is a universal problem and is found in every country more or less, therefore, it is categorized into a number of types. The chief among them are stated below:

1. Structural Unemployment:
The Glossary of Economics Terms defines structural unemployment as:

“Structural unemployment is an unemployment that comes from there being an absence of demand for the workers that are available.”

Structural Unemployment, one of the three types of unemployment, is connected with the disparity of jobs and workers owing to deficient in of skills or simply the wrong area desired for work. Structural unemployment depends on the social requirements of the economy and dynamic changes in the economy. For example, advances in technology and changes in market conditions often turn many skills outdated; this usually increases the unemployment rate. For example, laborers who worked on cotton fields found their jobs obsolete with Eli Whitney’s patenting of the cotton gin. Similarly, with the rise of computers, many jobs in manual book keeping have been replaced by highly efficient software. Workers who find themselves in this situation find that they need to acquire new skills in order to obtain a new job.

2. Frictional Unemployment:
The Glossary of Economics Terms defines frictional unemployment as:

“Frictional unemployment is unemployment that comes from people moving between jobs, careers, and locations.” Contrast structural unemployment.

Today the child labor is the major problem of all over the world particularly it is the burning issue of the developing countries.   The   most  innocent  stage in human life is the childhood.  It is  that  stage  of  life  when  the  human  foundations  are  laid  for  a victorious adult life. It is  the stage when  we  are  relaxed,  joyful, learning, playing.

There are uncountable children who are agonized and tortured in the world. They extremely dislike the childhood. They try their best to get out of the dungeons of being children and controlled and tortured by others. They want to escape from this world. Some manage to get out and get a better life, but many continue to be where they are, not out of choice, but force.
