The only reason behind this is that people want the elegance and sophistication.

Checking time is quite boring. Usually, unless you own one of these really cool watches and clock. This collection shows some of the most creative ways invented to give time.

1. Seiko Bluetooth Watch:

Seiko Bluetooth watch that communicates with your cell phone. The watch can receive text messages from your phone, capture Caller ID data so you know who’s calling, and adjust ringtones as well. It also displays the battery level and network signal strength.

Pair this with a Bluetooth headset, stick your phone in your bag, and you’ve got a complete hands-free interface that still gives you access to your phone’s main functions.

2. The Eye of the Storm:

Eye of the Storm is designed by Chinese-born,German-based Yiran Qian. With a faceless design, this interesting timepiece manages to tell the hours just the same. The Eye of the Storm timepiece looks like a simple, rather masculine accessory. However one click of the button on the right side, two lights come up, providing you with the time of day in a super futuristic way.

 3. Matrix M6001 LCD Watch:

If you’re looking for a highly distinctive wrist watch than nothing else than, the Matrix M6001 LCD Wrist Watch. It offers unashamedly retro styling fused with classic design elements set off beautifully with a far from traditional method of time telling. It uses LCD bars at the top and bottom of its display to show you the time.

The top (tall) bars are your hour indicators and the bottom (small) bars show you minutes. This supremely distinctive watch somehow manages not only to pull everything together to such great effect, but it does so in such a gloriously pompous fashion.

4. IPod Nano Watch:

Obviously dozens of companies decided to create watchbands that could be used to turn the nano into a watch.  HEX is known for its design, development, and execution of innovative accessories, created a watchband that not only turns the iPod nano into a watch.  It is a good choice to hold and protect your nano while you’re moving around or exercising. It also prevents your wrist from getting sweaty.

The HEX watchband is made of silicone.  It comes in eight opaque colors and in clear (translucent).  I asked for and received the clear band.  Other colors available are:  black, white, blue, orange, green, red, gray, and pink. It uses the clip built into your 6th-generation iPod nano to lock it securely on your wrist.

5. E Ink Watch:

This watch concept use E-ink Technology (electrophoretic ink) in both its form and function. This watch is a double-down in that it uses E-ink to for both form and function, allowing the bold and radical lines to make the watch beautiful and very readily visible. The overall watch is made out of glossy black metal with some smaller chrome parts as well.

The display can be changed with two buttons which are along the left side of the watch. The top bands of E-ink would display day and date information, while the time would be displayed on an inverted display concealed in the black at the bottom of the case. The elegant watch will benefit from the popular E-Ink technology and will display the accurate time.

6. Binary Watch:

A binary watch usually displays time in a binary format. If you want to be the absolute computer geek, then this watch can’t miss from your wrist. It showed each decimal digit of time as a binary value, but presently binary clocks also exist which display hours, minutes, and seconds as binary numbers.

Each column represents a single decimal digit, a format known as binary-coded decimal (BCD).The first two columns represent the hour, the next two represent the minute and the last two represent the second. To read each individual digit in the time, the user adds the values that each illuminated LED represents, and then reads these from left to right.

7. The ORB – Time Orbit watch:

You might wear any color dress and the matching accessories to go with it but your watch still remain the same.  Now avoid this embarrassing situation, Djordje Zivanovic have brought to you an excellent bracelet cum watch known as the Time Orbit Watch.

This concept watch designed in classic plastic bracelet style and features three different color lines rotating around the watch to display the hour, minute and second. Adjusting the clock is easy as the watch is the touch screen, all you have to do is to touch the line, click adjust icon and slide current time line to correct time. It`s simple concept, attractive and eye catching.

An American named Sylvester Howard Roper designed one of the first motorcycles in the 1860s. During the World Wars, motorcycles functioned as a quick means of transportation.

As the motorcycle progressed, the engines became bigger, faster and more powerful, resulting in the high-tech and expensive motorcycles of today. Of all the bikes out there today, there are some that are considered the most elite. Here, I present you with a list of world’s most expensive bikes.  Just have a look.

1. Dodge Tomahawk V10 Super bike

Cost – $555,000

This reproduction of Dodge’s concept bike is considered an “automotive sculpture,” which has four wheels. But this bike is yet street illegal in the United States. Ten of these bikes were offered by Neiman Marcus in their 2003. A superbike in the real sense, the bike has 8.3 liter engine, which is equivalent to 505 cubic inch. The bike is equipped with as many as 10 cylinders, which can bring the bike to a maximum speed of almost 400 mph. It is quite amazing to know, that it takes just around 2.5 seconds to reach the 60 mph mark.

2. Ecosse Titanium Series RR Limited Edition

Cost - $275,000

This limited edition luxury motorbike features a titanium chassis with clear coated carbon fiber bodywork and wheels. It features a fuel injected, intercooled, supercharged 2,150cc billet motor and is capable of over 200 hp. The bike also comes with a timepiece, designed by French watchmakers BRM, which is made to match the bike and is engraved with the same serial number as the handlebar clamp and VIN plate.

3. Macchia Nera Concept Bike

Cost – $201,000

The Macchia Nera concept bike happens to be one of the best bikes in this segment. This motorcycle’s Italian designers and engineers set out to create an extremely high tech and expensive motorcycle that would be thought of as “the ultimate track bike”. The bike sports an engine that is loosely built around the Ducati 998RS engine. The engine is visible along with the detailed molding and the engine components.

However, the unique thing about the bike is that in spite of such a heavy built, it is extremely light – as far as the category in which it is built is concerned. This bike is a one of a kind and not in produced for retail, but if you have an extra 150,000 Euros (US $201,000), your dream might come true.

4. Icon Sheene

Cost – $160,000

Icon Sheene was produced exclusively in the memory of Andrew Morris, who was one of the most successful British Grand Prix motorcycle champion. He died in 2003 at the age of 52. That is why only 52 of such bikes were produced. The bike has a 250 hp engine and has a whopping 1400 cc. 250bhp with 133lb/ft is claimed at the rear wheel, even in lowest (0.4bar) boost mode. Each emblazoned with a playing card hand-painted by the same artist who painted Sheene’s helmets engine – nothing more than a flying experience.

The thing worth mentioning about this bike is that, in spite of being such a heavy bike, the Icon Sheene has only a couple of spokes in the wheels. Sounds strange and happening, but that is the fact. Each of these bikes will be bespoke, tailored to fit the purchaser’s unique requirements.

5. MTT Turbine Super Bike

Cost – $150,000

Not only is this motorcycle expensive, it’s also extremely fast.  MTT Turbine Super Bike aka Y2K Turbine Super Bike is a combination of both most expensive and super fast bike. The bike also holds the Guinness World Record for being the most powerful motorcycle which has entered a series of production.

The turbine engine in this one is made by Rolls Royce, producing 238 kW (320 hp), the motorcycle has a recorded top speed of 227 mph (370 km/h). The unique thing about this bike is that it is loaded with various gadgets, such as Carbon fiber fairings, a rear mounted camera with LCD color display, forward-and rear-looking radar detector with laser scrambler, one touch “Smart Start” ignition, and many other. This bike seams to be pretty popular in Hollywood. It starred in the movie “Torque”.
